Steven Walker
Steven Walker is co-President of 21st Services. Steven oversees customer service and
communications and manages the company's underwriting support division and its post-purchase servicing
operations. His responsibilities include Client company annual reviews of policy performance and values,
premium strategy, insured mortality monitoring throughout North America and Europe; as well as global
death claim filing. Steven has claims handling experience in Canada, the United States, Germany, and
Great Britain.
Steven has more than 12 years experience in the viatical and life settlement industry. He started his
career in customer service and was later appointed Manager of Policy Purchasing for a U.S. viatical
provider where he was responsible for evaluating the insurance risk of policy purchases against acceptance
parameters mandated by the institutional lender. He was also responsible for managing the closing process
for settlement transactions, including compliance reviews before file closings.
Steven holds a bachelor's degree in Speech-Communications from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis. |
