We prescreen for life settlements with a life expectancy report called the Customized Longevity Planning Report^TM or CLPR^TM. It’s based on information you provide about your medical, family and personal history. You can provide that information in a guided phone interview with a representative of 21st Services OR you can provide it at our website, through an online questionnaire.

The CLPR result is available in just a few minutes after the information is entered. The report includes your longevity curve, compared to a “standard” mortality curve, and the ages at which your survival probability is 50%, 30% and 10%.

You can’t close a life settlement case based on a CLPR report, but it will give you a good sense of your eligibility for a life settlement. The results can provide valuable insight into your longevity either way.
