The CLPR Report
Page 2 of the Customized Longevity Planning Report details the
conditions that led to our longevity analysis.

The client’s conditions that impact his or her longevity are listed on page 2 of the CLPR report. We gleaned these from his/her medical records (Platinum CLPR) or from the client’s responses to the online questionnaire (eCLPR) or phone interview (Silver CLPR). The client may have conditions that do not appear here. If that is the case, it’s because they have no or a negligible statistical impact on longevity.
The  symbol may appear beside some of the conditions listed. If so, it indicates that this is a condition the client can change and that doing so could impact his or her life expectancy. On the 3rd page of the report, anticipated improvement in these areas is translated into a potential median life expectancy and compared to their actual life expectancy.
