The CLPRTM Report
Page 3 of the Customized Longevity Planning Report shows how
improvements in areas noted with an i symbol on page 2 of the
report could impact your longevity.

On page 3, we revisit any conditions from page 2 that had an  symbol beside them. These are conditions that can
improve if you make the right changes.
Recommendations for change are detailed in the tan box at the top of the page.
A smaller box-within-a-box at the upper right shows your current median life expectancy
(the age at which the probability of survival is 50%) and beneath it shows the potential
median life expectancy if you make the changes.
On the bottom half of the page are recommendations, again based on your conditions,
that may help you maintain your health or improve quality of life. However, following
these recommendations is unlikely to change the survival probabilities.
Beneath the potential life expectancy box is a reminder that life expectancy can
clearly change. It is wise to re-evaluate every 2 to 3 years. 21st Services offers
