Medical Records Collection
We can order the medical records required for a life expectancy certificate or a
CLPR at a very modest price. All we need is 1) the insured’s name and address, 2)
the physician’s contact information, and 3) a signed HIPAA release.
Please note: Your cost will include copying charges, which are not reflected below.
Our medical record collection offer applies to regular LEs and mark-to-market LEs.
Pharmacy Search Service
With our pharmacy search service, we tap into a 260-million-member national database
that lets us see your client’s presciption drugs and the doctors who prescribed
them.
In some cases a pharmacy search can tell us more about a patient’s condition than
the medical records do. Or we may discover an additional doctor who may have important
records on the client’s health. The pharmacy search service is just $25 per case.
Mark-to-market LEs
We know many of our customers are re-evaluating their life settle-
ment portfolios. So we’re offering a volume discount for mark-to-
market LEs: Get an updated LE for just $250!
This offer is only for clients who are submitting a minimum of five mark-to-market
LE requests a day. If the case wasn’t underwritten by 21st Services originally,

Post-purchase tracking
Tracking life settlement cases – making sure premium payments are up to date, tracking
mortality data and submitting death claims – is a core competency at 21st Services.
We will waive the regular $6,000 initialization fee for any concierge client who signs a three-year
post-purchase services contract.
